For a notebook you should search for notebook graphic drivers and not desktop graphic drivers .
Your graphic card is the AMD ATI not the Intel , check the link in the bottom .
Kali is a debian distribution , i am not sure Ubuntu is the best choice , however , Ubuntu is also a debian distribution .

Check out this package and install it :

Goto Drivers download page :
-Notebook Graphic
-Radeon HD
-Radeon HD 8xxxM series
-Linux x86_64

and then press display results .
