Dual Boot Kali linux next to Ubuntu

    Hi Guys

I wanted to install 2 linux versions next to each other. Ubuntu mate and Kali on one hard drive. And i don't know how my hard drive should be partitioned. Should I make 2 swap areas, 2 boot areas, and 2 root areas ? Or swap and boot partition can be shared ? First time when i tried it I had problem with SWAP in both systems. Systems were starting very slowly and they didn't use swap after turn on. I also got this kind of error during starting the system :

Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-by\x2duuid-....
    Dependency failed for /dev/disk/by-uuid/4b82.....
    Dependency failed for Swap.

:) If you have any advice what can I do, I will be very grateful.

I'd treat it like a dual boot between Windows and Kali. Following the directions at docs.kali.org should do the trick.
