Kali live 2.0 boot USB persistence mode on MacBook Pro 2011

    Hi,

I'm using an 8Gb pen drive, Disk Utility (to create two partitions - Kali and persistence), Mac Linux USB Loader (to mount the image iso to the kali partition).
When I boot the Mac, doesn't appears this following screen:

    kali inst.jpg

Only appears a black screen giving me 2 options:
    1) boot Linux from ISO
    2) Modify Linux kernel boot options
    Press any key to reboot

I can boot using option 2, then option 5 (persistence option on the next screen), but I can't make my usb persistent.

    Thanks,

    Matheus

I guess once entering to the LiveUsb we have to install it trough the terminal, but i dont know how to do it. and as you said, I cant see that screen too, just the 2 option that you said, and in the option 2 I dont know what to do for try to run in install mode.
