Kali into VirtualBox gets stuck at loading

Each time i start Kali from ISO into Virtualbox, it gets stuck at loading in the same screen.

    This happens with Virtualbox 5.1.12

    And this with Virtualbox 5.1.14

Before that, download the Kali VirtualBox image and got another error that cannot solve either (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX) because, i think, my pc is old.
My pc: Acer Aspire 5738 (Intel Core2 Duo T6400) with Windows 8.1 Pro.

Are you booting kali-live in VM? There must be an option in BIOS Intel Virtuaization Technology. Enable it and try.

My laptop does not have that feature. In BIOS does not appear and running Aida64 says does not have any feature related to virtualization (EPT, Hypervisor, INVEPT, INVVPID, NPT, RVI, SVM, Pacifica, VMX, Vanderpool, VPID).

Then you can not use VB or VM on your computer. If you want to use Kali (or any other OS) you can use use it only in live mode or install it.
