I got a new Raspberry Pi3 so I downloaded kali-2.1.2-rpi2.img for my R Pi3. I have never used any other system then windows so I have no clue how to update my display drivers from the dvd it came with. My screen is cut off and only shows half, the other half is black. My screen is a Kuman 5 inch Resistive 800x480 HDMI TFT LCD Display.
I have a USB DVD ROM Drive so I plugged it in to the Pi3 and tried to open the drivers but they are in tar.gz format and it had nothing to open it. I really am very embarrassed by this but can't figure it out. Is there an app in kali that updates drivers like device manger in windows?
This is a new install with the following done by me so far.
apt-get uptade then after that
apt-get install gparted and expanded my card to the full 30G then
apt-get install kali-linux-full
Thanks you for you time.
