Hi fellas,

I recenly installed Kali 2016.2 AMD64 on my MacBook Pro 2009 Model via USB and everything worked out well except last night. I do not have any OSX installed and use Kali as Single Boot. Now Kali doe sno longer boot anymore and it seems to "freeze" while booting into the OS.
Using the normal BootMode it stops at /dev/sda2: recovering journal and when I enter the recovery mode it stops at

8.568947 tsc: Marking TSC unstable due to TSC halts in idle
8.569262 clocksource: Switched to clocksource hpet

I have tried to boot via USB again but then the entire MacBook Pro freezes. I guess because I do not have refind installed anymore.

Could kindly someone assist before I have to install MacOS again and reinstall Kali?

Thanks and regards,

Mad2kx
