    rEFInd not showing kali linux

    dear forum users

    i have some problem to install kali on my macbook late 2008 osx mountain lion 10.8

    i tried the google but no luck. i install the kali following the kali dual boot doc,s i install the grub to my /dev/sda drive.

    after rebooting my system refined can,t show kali linux.
    i try this something i find on the web.

    this is my setup

    i deed that to

    cd /Volumes/ESP/EFI
    mv refind boot
    mv boot/refind_x64.efi boot/bootx64.ef

    plz someone help me i reinstall osx like 5 time and try to install kali like more than 10 time can fix it.
