Kali Linux Functionality on Dial-Up Connection

Is Kali Linux fully functional on a dial-up connection? I've searched for the answer but I mostly come across articles on War Dialing and how to set up a dial-up connection from within Kali Linux, which doesn't really answer my question. I don't have a 56kpbs connection, I'm just wondering if it's possible to use this OS to its fullest extent on this type of connection, as in, would a pen tester be able to use all the tools offered by Kali Linux?

Never done it myself, but I have used Kali over very slow networks. In my experience, it works fine...just be prepared to wait awhile for results
