After few failed attempts to install Kali (i always made the big error to install kali in CSM mode) i figure out how to correctly instally it on my machine.
After the GRUB runs , and kali starts i see this:

and then it stops.
When i run kali on the usb in live mode all is fine and kali is perfectlly booting and working .
I have an Asus UX303LN and i'm using as external network card the ALFA AWUS036NHA .
---Update---
If I go to advanced option, and then boot it in recovery mode, and the I press contol +D kali boots normally and work fine.
