Unable to Host a Hotspot through Kali Linux

This is the first time I am facing some issue like this and googling the same didn't help much either.

My Laptop : HP pavilion 15r007tx

Earlier Hotspot on Kali Linux used to work fine I dont know what happened after I reinstalled it.
