    Wifi problems and grub problem

Hi: i am newbie here. Sorry but I don’t speak English. Actually HPI am learning English righ new, but I don’t ready yet.
    I bought a new laptop HP envy x 36016 gb ram, I7. Windows 10.
I had hope that was better forKali Linux.
I downloaded kali live in USB.
My first problem was UEFI BIOS. I had lucky beacause I can resolve this problem. I coud boot live Kali.
But I have two problems yet. I spended to much hours and I didn’t resolve those.
1.- Kali Live doesn’t connect wifi. It always still turn off.
I believed it was a drivers problem, buy I don’t know now.
I found a lot of time and I coud find out:

    1. You have most likely wifi disabled in the network manager (and that's what soft block means). Enable it in there, not through the command line.
    2. Disable UEFI. It's called Legacy or DOS or something like that (depending on the manufacturer). Note that if you have Windows installed on the side, Windows will stop working, you'll need to reinstall it after disabling UEFI.

UEFI is better than LegacyBIOS. One should never switch to Legacy mode. It causes more harm to your PC than doing anything good. You should edit your post and delete your 2nd point else some people start following it without knowing that what actually Legacy mode is used for. Also your 2nd point is not the answer to his problem.

Solution for your 1st problem: https://forums.kali.org/showthread.p...ss-Driver-Plzz
Any changes you make in kali live will be reverted back to its original state after the reboot. The last step of this solution requires reboot so you won't be able to make this change permanent. It will work if you install kali.

Solution to the 2nd problem: Skip the installation of grub and after when kali is installed boot into kali live and follow instructions here https://forums.kali.org/showthread.p...l-dummy-failed
