Problem with boot Kali 2.0

Hi

I have a problem with boot Kali 2.0. System hang on
[ OK ] Started Update UTMP about System Runlevel Changes..
This is fresh install on my PC. I tried a few solutions, but not working. System works great from Live CD and in VirtualBox.

USB install from kali-linux-2016.2-amd64.iso
Hardware: Netbook Acer Aspire ES1-131
Intel Pentium N3700
8GB RAM
240GB SSD ADATA550

On PC i have installed Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 16.04. All x64.

Hello,

I found solution for this When booting will stop press ALT+F2 login as root and make:

apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
reboot

Now Kali should run.
