Hello, I installed Kali linux 4.9 64 bit on Dell Vostro 5000, along with Ubuntu and windows. All Ok, but Kali linux at startup says:

Does Kali continue to boot, or are you stuck at this screen? Can you run Kali in live mode on this machine?

Kali stops at the terminal. Yes, I can install live mode

Hmm, probably not a hardware incompatibility then. There's a thread from last year with a similar issue...the fix might work for you
