Kali linux 2017 .1 [persistence live usb boot]. Not showing WIFI signal

Hey guys,

This is my first time using Kali Linux. I'm using persistence live boot from usb.(kali linux 2017 .1).
The boot process was fine, except it show fail on wpa supplicant while booting, i don't know what that means.

Actual problem is when I open the network setting or wifi setting, there i can't find any wifi signal at all. below screenshot.

But when i used airodump-ng <interface> command all of my neighboring networks are shown. as in screen shot below.

I guess that means it's not a driver problem.

i did tried to connect to wifi from terminal but the final command to use the file that contains password wont work.

i have done what i found on link https://www.quora.com/Kali-linux-not...-live-usb-mode , but no luck

please help me !!

Have you created persistence partition? Changes that are done to kali live filesystem are rolled back after reboot. Simply selecting kali live persistence doesn't make it persistent.
