Unsupported hardware. How much RAM does smartwatch have? Kali requires atleast 2GB of RAM. CPU of smartwatch is too small to run kali. It may run in android phones.

RAM of a smartwatch and RAM of PC and phones are different. RAM of smartwatch has lower clockrate which is not enough to run kali.

The specifications of the CPU you are linking to are for the desktop PC. Your smartwatch uses ARM CPU which again has lower clockrate than the normal.

Kali is available for ARM chips so it may run on your android phone.
