with Winscp I am not able to connect with kali password not accepted

Dear Team,
There is an other issue i just found that is when I connect to kali 2.0 with winscp as follows:

ssh service started on kali
connect kali through winscp add username and pasword
but kali did't accept the password. even i reset the password and try again but its still unauthorized to me.

can you assist me what is the reason ?

i am having the same problem when i try to connect it says permission not granted what am i gonna do ?
