System getting freeze while start the aireplay-ng for de-authentication

Hi,

I have tried for wireless audit using aircrack and in the de-authentication stage, system getting freeze and not showing any progress on the command for the de-authentication.
even i couldn't move cursor, alt + tab not working, can't take screenshot. the only one thing i can do is reboot.

I was tried it with i5-4gb ddr4 and i have upgraded ram to 8GB. still having the problem.

somebody help me!!

Same issue on happening when it comes to the stage of de-authentication on following tools

Wifite
Fern wifi cracker.
