Connecting to NH from outside the phone via SSH & VNC

Guys, I'm kindda new to the NH scene. Installed NH, no problem accessing it from NH Kex on the phone.
But when I try to access the system through SSH or VNC from my (Mac) laptop, neither works.
SSH request says "connection refused"
and VNC says host cannot be resolved.

I tried with ngrok tunnel, didn't help.
Is there an official way to SSH into my NH system on my android phone?

Actually, just figured it out, with the root and Chroot process.
