Make my dual booted Kali par***ion smaller

    Hi,
I've got Kali dual booted with OSX and I want to make the Kali par***ion smaller because I don't have enough room on the Mac side any more. However, I can't resize the par***ions from Mac because they aren't "par***ioned" per se in Disk Manager, it just shows that I have a lot of space filled by "Un***led".

I want to use GParted, but it won't let me resize my Linux par***ion because obviously it's in use while I run GParted. How do I get around this and make my Kali par***ion smaller? I've checked a bunch of forums and stuff but haven't managed to find anything useful and I'm at my wit's end for what should be a simple task.

    Thanks!

    fdisk -l output:

Boot with kali live and then use Gparted.

:-/ Yes that seems right. Gparted is a great program. Workes great for what you need.
