Can't boot Windows 7 after installing Kali on USB and HDD

Hi everyone, I'm a new Kali Linux user and having problems with booting Windows 7 after installing Kali Linux on my HDD and USB.

I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad, and recently after installing Kali, I can't seem to boot back to Windows. I have tried playing around with boot settings and order in BIOS but couldn't seem to fix the problem.

    I'm running Linux kali 4.13.0-kali1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.13.4-2kali1 (2017-10-16) x86_64 GNU/Linux

That is probably due to you install kali in Legacy BIOS and your Windows 7 was in UEFI mode.

Changed BIOS settings to Boot UEFI only, looks like my hard disk drive isn't showing up on list of boot devices? When select either of the two options, the screen flashes and nothing happen

Boot into kali-live and show the output of fdisk -l.

This is what it gave me:
    Disk /dev/sda: 465.8 GiB, 500107862016 bytes, 976773168 sectors
    Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
    Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
    I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
    Disklabel type: dos
    Disk identifier: 0x61ca25a6

Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
    /dev/sda1 * 2048 968566783 968564736 461.9G 83 Linux
    /dev/sda2 968568830 976771071 8202242 3.9G 5 Extended
    /dev/sda5 968568832 976771071 8202240 3.9G 82 Linux swap / Solaris

I can't see windows partition in your output. /dev/sda3 and /dev/sda4 are also missing. Open Gparted in kali live and see what happens to your other partitions. There is no EFI partition either.

What firmware does your PC have - UEFI or BIOS?

Yeah. He chose the wrong option while installing. Instead of choosing manually, he might have chosen Use Entire Disk option, wiping everything that was stored earlier.
