I'm having the exact same issue as euppi98, I don't believe the issue is with the laptop since It's already running Kali, I'm trying to do a fresh install.
I tried with the e17 and gnome iso, both with the same result.

Any ideas of what could be going wrong?

    Regards

Alas, it's still the same graphic artifact. Maybe I enter a wrong parameter?

You didn't notice it. There is already a word written quiet in the second line. You were supposed to replace that with nomodeset quiet splash.

I replaced the word "quiet" as you told me, but it's still the same.

Here is the proof, of the link to the video - https://vimeo.com/245737103

I would report this issue on https://bugs.kali.org. Can you switch to Intel HD graphics from your UEFI settings because these problems are caused by discrete graphic card? You can also try kali weekly image, see if that boots correctly.

Alas, but on my laptop is only a built-in Intel hd 4000 video card. And the default is to use only it.

When you boot USB, go to Advance options and press e to open boot parameters and replace the word quiet with nomodeset quiet. Press F10 to boot.
