Exclamation Unable to SSH into Kali Linux on Raspberry Pi 3

I'm running the latest kali linux kali-2017.3-rpi3-nexmon.img image on Raspberry Pi 3. I can see my Pi's IP address. But, when I try to SSH into it via Putty I get the "Network error: Software caused connection abort" error. I can SSH into my Pi when on Raspbian. So, I don't think its a Putty SSH Client error (or it is). How do I get around this?

[Note: I have a headless setup. SSH'ing is my only solution.]

People, need your help. Thanks in advance. I would appreciate any comments.

    Hi maai,

Do you have any chance of hooking it up to a monitor just once? The latest image is missing the host keys for the ssh server and to get it working you have to issue the following command:

    dpkg-reconfigure openssh-server
    Hope that helps
    Check out "Sticky Fingers Kali-Pi":

Now with mana-toolkit and more goodies!
