Slow unlock with Gnome

hey guys, 2 laptops, an HP and a Toshiba both have same issue; slow unlock. Takes over a minute to unlock from either manual or time based screen lock. My Dell is pretty much instant.

Fresh Kali install, all updates run, root account, no changes to OS except updates. Have tried other window managers, issue is with Gnome.

Ideas?

Seems I figured it out. Disabled extension Easy Screen Cast; seems normal now.
