I've upgraded all of my Kali packages to the latest version:
Linux 4.14.0-kali3-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.14.17-1kali1 (2018-02-16) x86_64 GNU/Linux
and noticed very strange thing. When I reboot Kali and when I connect phone for the first time via USB - it starts to charge. But if I disconnect the cable and reconnect it again - phone does not want to charge at all. Dmesg shows that the phone is detected but its not charging. When I reboot Kali, phone starts to charge again but only till first reconnect. If I plug the phone to different usb port it starts to charge again, but after disconnect/reconnect I have the same song again, phone doesn't want to charge. Can anyone help me to fix this problem?
