I forgot to mention its Kali on VM.

The same way you would on ANY linux except that you have to use an ISO because VM typically don't allow to boot on USB

You mean delete the one on the VM and use CD to install on VM again?

I removed the Kali OS from virual box; will do a fresh iso install.
