Running XPS 13 9370 with kali.
Yesterday upgrade kernel to 4.16 and bluetooth stops working.
It seems that bluetooth driver is old. I know that this might not be a supported soloution, but it works.
I added this as a source:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/bluetooth/bluez/ubuntu bionic main
apt-get update
apt-get full-upgrade
rebooted
works.
