Problem with graphical install in UEFI mode for dual boot

    Hi
I am facing a problem with kali linux 2018.2 graphical install in UEFI mode in which the display is somehow disfigured as shown in the attached image.

I tried installing in legacy mode and had no problems but this resulted in problems with Grub not detecting windows 10 because it is installed in UEFI mode.

And every time i want to boot into windows 10 i have to change bios settings to UEFI mode.

So i am looking for a fix for grub in legacy mode to detect windows 10 or a fix for the graphical install to work properly in UEFI mode.

P.S: I think the issue in graphical install is related to incorrect configuration of the nvidia graphics card.

    I am using a lenovo y500 laptop with :
    Core i7 cpu
    Gt 650m 2 gb gpu
    8 gb of ram
    1tb hdd

Exactly . That's the problem I can't see anything in the menu because it is oddly very small in size .
And yes i have already disabled secure boot but the same problem still exists .

Here are some more images attached to the reply for further clarification .

It works perfectly in Legacy mode , so if it was corrupted i wouldn't be able to install kali in Legacy mode at all .
