Hey all.

I recently bought a HTC Nexus 9 to set up with nethunter.
I'm having some issues, so I'm going to start by listing what has worked so far.
The device came with 7.1.1 Nougat preinstalled, so I flashed stock 5.0.1 Lolopop.
Proceeded with standard unlocking then rooting (Using Nexus Root Toolkit v2.1.9).
Next I got SuperSU installed and set up, opened BusyBox and installed all system changes from there.
Next I downloaded nethunter-flounder-lollipop-3.0 and the CHROOT took awhile, but seemed to finish just fine. Booted up, everything was installed but then I went to Nethunter Terminal and I am unable to do
Code:
sudo apt-get update
All of the Igns are fine, but afterwards I get
Code:

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones were used instead.
In the nethunter app, I get nothing returned when I use Check App Update (no notification saying App is up to date or update is starting.

Any leads as to the fix for this?
I have tried flashing kernel-nethunter-flounder-lollipop-2017.11-18-1618 from the nightly folder on https://build.nethunter.com/nightly/
I'm not really sure what else to do to get the application updated.

And side question if anyone has experienced a pairing issue with the Nexus 9 Keyboard Folio, any solution you've found for it? I get the alert to pair, accept, and get 'Could not pair the Nexus Keyboard' displayed.

Thanks.
