kali 2018.* issue Dualboot

how do I install kali on hdd in double partition with uefi
I created a usb with rufus/Win32DiskImager distro kali 2018.3a

booted from usb loaded the selection screen but when I go to give the command install it freezes with black screen

after downloading over 30 different iso and 8 different usb key nothing similar problem
I tried with ubuntu 18.04 and installed it perfectly
some advice ?
It is possible to install kali by running live
