I have installed a DD image of the newest Kali Linux (amd64bit) onto my usb. I then went on to Kali Live, and after a minute of using it, it just crashed. When it crashes a black screen appears with the words "pcie receiver error". This only happens to me on my computer, as on other computers it works normally. Here is some information about my pc:
Asus G20CB
i-7 6700
Nvidia GTX 980
12GB RAM
I have heard that it might be something to do with the graphics card, but I can't install the Nvidia drivers because it crashes. Graphical installation also crashes for me, but I just want to use Kali live for now.
