Installation failure with error "posix_spawn avoide"

Hello,everyone.

When I install Kali in vmware and virtualbox, both are failed.

The image :kali-Linux-kde-2018.3-amd64

The environment :VirtualBox 5.2.20
and Vmware workstation 12 Pro

The syslog shown as below:

The last line :

debconf:cdebconf_gtk (process:942): Glib - DEBUG: posix_spawn avoided (workdir specified) (fd close requested) (child_setup specified)

I tried google but didn't find useful information.
May I ask how to solve this problem?

Try downloading the prebuilt image instead

The prebuilt image could work, but I just curious why would this happen.
