What email server should I use for Campaigns?

Hi, I have Kali Linux 2019.1a on VMware and Windows 10 Host. My question is...What's a good email server to use for email Campaigns? I've heard of Socket Labs. Are there any free ones? I would rather use Outlook or Gmail smtp but I can't get those to work (times out won't connect.) So what's a good site for free? Or trial? Like Socket Labs? Thanks!
