Dual Booting Kali Linux with windows 10 on 2 seperate drives

I am trying to install kali linux on to my pc, which has 3 different drives one for windows 10, one for games, and the third one will be for kali linux. I have tried before and failed, some how succeeded and then messed up some settings so decided to delete and reinstall kali and now I am unable to install it at all from the same drive. After multiple attempts I decided to reburn the USB stick so it's more recent but it doesn't make any difference. I can still boot into live, just nable to install the system.

    Edit:
    I have:
    Windows 10 Home
    B450 Gaming Pro Plus
    Radeon RX 580 8GB
    3 Drives:
960 Evo 500GB m.2 (Windows 10), 1000GB hard drive (games), and 500GB Samsung SSD (Empty for Kali Linux)
    AMD Ryzen 5 2600

I have Kali Linux burned on a 64GB SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0

I'd say either the USB is bad or the ISO is bad. Have you checked the checksum on the ISO?

Can I check it on Kali Linux live? If not do you know how I can check on Windows 10?
