updating windows-binaries returns: ' not owned by package 'windows-binaries'

i upgraded kali2019.1 to 2019.4 recently. but when updating "windows-binaries" it errors out with multiple lines like this:

dpkg-maintscript-helper: error: file '/usr/share/windows-binaries/OpenSSH-Win32/ssh-shellhost.exe' not owned by package 'windows-binaries'

    how can i fix this?

    tia
