mount: /proc: cannot mount proc read-only

Hi

I'm a newbie here, I have installed Kali on Andriod mobile by UserLand.

Question
1. I'm not able to mount /proc
#sudo mount proc /proc -t proc
mount: /proc: cannot mount proc read-only.

I don't know how to fix this issue, I hope I don't need to root my Andriod.
