    Black screen when installing

Hello guys i just bought new laptop Acer Aspire 3-A315-41 and i planned on installing kali linux on it.

When i insert the usb and select it to boot from i enter the GRUB menu and if i select Install
i get black screen and everything freezes, i was searching the internet for solutions and found
that i need to install the drivers for my GPU but i cant do that because on hard drive i have that
basic linux boot os and i cant install the drivers from it.
So i tried isntalling Arch, Debian, Ubuntu, Mint linux everyone of them either had the same
    problem or some other.
My processor is AMD ryzen 3 2200U
and GPU is AMD Radeon Vega Mobile Graphics.

Please help me i dont know what to do im so tired of trying to fix it.
    I apreciate any helpfull information.

I spent the better part of yesterday reinstalling Gnome x64 2.9G, 3.5G and -41 weekly because of the blank screen but for the mouse on the lower right, fell back to -26 weekly. Installed NVIDIA for ThinkPad P50 before and after "apt dist-upgrade -y" and Gnome folders are not available as root or user accounts ie Places menu>Downloads popup says "Error reporting is enabled If you wish to disable this feature you may do so in the Help menu". I'm going to reinstall week 26 and wait a couple of days

    mistake, it was kali-linux-2019-W27-amd64.iso
Installed NVIDIA, Gimp, Teamviewer, CUPS & Canon linux-UFRIILT-drv-v500-uken, Libreoffice, synaptic gdebi and Gnome extensions.
    Linux mrBlue 4.19.0-kali5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.37-5kali1 (2019-06-20) x86_64 GNU/Linux works on my ThinkPad P50,
I'm sorry I shutdown my Dell 110ii with an ATI card last night, must have updated it over the weekend.

kali-linux-2019-W27-amd64.iso has worked all day, printing and all applications & NIVIDIA work without an apt update.
