Hi

I have Kali linux installed on an NVME M.2 drive installed using UEFI.

Everything works just fine, until I mount my new 1TB SATA SSD.
When I boot with the SATA SSD enabled in bios, Grub doesn't display, and trying to boot using Boot menu with the "kali" option ends up shutting my laptop down

As soon as I uncheck mounting the SATA 0 socket (Dell naming convention) in BIOS, everything comes back to normal (Grub shows, kali boots normally), but obviously my SATA disk is not mounted and usable.

Should I try to reinstall Grub via live USB? idk what the cause could be.
Also the SSD is NTFS (to be able to use with both systems), GPT
