LONG List of Packages Held Back in 2019.3

Hey all, just wondering what the deal is with the HUGE list of held back packages in 2019.3. I see ones I know I want/need and others I don't really care about, just wondering. Why so many? What did you all do? Anyone have a safe torrent link to a 2018.2 version? Was more stable imho.

I don't know. Did you Install kali linux large 2019.3 or just kali linux? Some of the packages were moved to kali linux large.

Bootable usb live persistence image 2019.3, maybe I will get a new weekly image and re-do it...such a pita to update it and have everything jive trying install new things without having a new image on it.
