I sucessfully install kali the first time, I just remove the vm, create new VM again and this issue has appear.}

If got a clue to how to fix this. I be gratefull with you.

I'm not sure what you did, but you probably reused a virtual disk (vmdk files) when creating a VM. Delete the whole VM and create a NEW disk.
