No matter if I install this version from the pre-built VM for Virtual Box or try roll my own VM I receive the following error. Any ideas? Host OS is the latest version of Windows 10.

After searching in google, two things come to mind:
- Is hardware virtualization enabled in the BIOS?
- https://github.com/kubernetes/minikube/issues/4587 -> VB might be trying to use HyperV to launch VM, and disabling is done using a command line as administrator and running " bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off"
