XFCE No download Option 2019.4

Hello World!
There does not seem to be an XFCE4 Image on the kali downloads page:
https://www.kali.org/downloads/
I Searched everywhere but I can only find the previous Version
## Developers: Do you mind building one and putting it on the downloads page. Tried to Build it myself but The debconf wasn't found when I was installing.

I think you'll be happy to know, the default image is Xfce now! If you haven't seen it already, we have a breakdown of 2019.4 over at: https://www.kali.org/news/kali-linux-2019-4-release/
