Date/Time change after reboot

I have Kali installed on an RPi 4. When I reboot, the date and time change. Date goes back 3 months. If I run dpkg-reconfigure tzdata the timezone is correct and if I run ntpdate in.pool.ntp.org the date/time update correctly, but will revert back after a reboot. Any suggestions?

Is it a live USB if not it's the computer my USB Kali's do it all the time.
