When drivers for ALFA AWUS036ACH will be available for kali linux 2019.4
and sorry if my question is not in the right section im new here

You'll need to build them and compile them from the Aircrack-ng repo.
Check out these tools I threw together in github to help those with the ALFA card.
It's from different sources and posts. Hope it helps.

I have a question for you!
I've done exactly what you are saying, but i still have two problems...

1: The drivers and all gets installed, and the adapter is "starting", BUT it won't allow me to connect to any network.
2: The interface name gets changed from Wlan0 to wlx(Followed by the mac adress of the device) and where the mac adress should be it says a different mac adress that is not the mac adress of the adapter.
