Interface Icons Are Tiny

Using 2019.4 and the icons in the top menu bar are so small I can barely see some of them. In previous versions I could right click the desktop > display settings and set to 200%. That option seems to be gone now. I've already been through all the likely Settings and nothing works.

You're probably looking for scaling. Go to Settings Manager > Appearance > Settings > Window Scaling and select 2 as the scaling factor.
