Kali 2019.4 - Bluetooth Issues

I've installed Kali 2019.4 and am trying to attach my bluetooth headphones to listen to training videos as I work.

I can't find the blue tooth manager to add devices.

When I run "service bluetooth status" I get the following:


Any ideas?
