Question about /dev/sdb

My first post on the forum!

I have the following:

/dev/sda - 12.84GB
/dev/sdb - 112MB


I would like to save a file on the /dev/sdb drive. The current location of this file is /home/Documents. How do I do this and how do I ensure it's saved here?

mount /dev/sdb and copy it over.
