Difficulty using airbase-ng with Raspberrry Pi 4 to create Fake AP.

    02:35:38; 0 jobs>>airbase-ng -c 11 -e test123 wlan0mon
    14:36:00 Created tap interface at0
14:36:00 Trying to set MTU on at0 to 1500
14:36:00 Trying to set MTU on wlan0mon to 1800
    error setting MTU on wlan0mon
    14:36:00 MTU on wlan0mon remains at 1500
14:36:00 Access Point with BSSID DC:A6:32:386:46 started.
    Error: Got channel -1, expected a value > 0.

I get the above error message when I try to run airbase-ng on my raspberry pi 4. No access point seems to be created. It seems like the essential ingredient of all of the
"Fake AP" attacks that I have seen for Kali Linux. Is there a way to get airbase-ng to run on the Pi4 or do I need to use another tool?

You forgot to kill network managers prior to putting your card in monitor mode: airmon-ng check kill
