    No network card detected

Hello. During my kali full disk Lin encryption install, no network card was detected. I do not have Ethernet, only wireless. I now have no network mirror and can?t even connect to WiFi. Any tips or ideas are appreciated.

What wireless adapter do you have? Run it live and run 'airmon-ng' and 'lspci' then post that output

I have a Realtek 8822BE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC (internal), as well as a TP-LINK TL-WN722N (external, and specifically bought to support monitor mode). I will run it live now and post the output for you.

I have a similar problem in that, I cannot connect to WiFi. When I run ifconfig, it shows my eth0 interface, but it also shows a lo interface, or Local Loopback.

When I run airmon-ng, it returns blank results, but when I run lspci it shows my ethernet controller, a Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 15)

I am running Kali GNU/Linux Rolling 2019.3 on an HP Probook 650 G6

@AParthenopaeus94, open a different thread, and the answer is in another thread.
