Hi all.
Today I bought an AWUS036NH. When I got home I loaded up Virtualbox and Kali Linux. I plugged the AWUS036NH and then went to devices -> USB -> selected the adapter. I then executed the commands below.
Airmon-ng check kill
Airmon-ng start wlan0
Airodump-ng wlan0mon
After this it started working and i cpuld see all the networks around me. I let it run for about 30 seconds and stopped it. I then ran the command again and this time after about 20 seconds it stopped itself. Then I ran it one more time but no connections were showing up.
Now everytime i use the airodump-ng wlan0 command it runs but i dont see any connections. I even reinstalled kali but no luck.
My host computer is a win10 desktop using an ethernet cable for a connection.
I'm very new with Kali but it doesnt make sense how it worked the very first time and now it doesnt.
I also did check if the adapter was still connected in Virtualbox and it was.
Any help would be great!
