I have a problem that is beyond me, I find no answer.
After installing the metapackages, I tried to change the time and date but on restarting the language changed to "aa DJ-UTF8" and above all the time returned to February 14, 2019.
I tried dpkg-reconfigure tzdata but it doesn't work
I tried the timedatectl set-timezone but it works every other time.
I tried the ntpdate ntp.univ-lyon1.fr it works but on restart it comes back to February 14, 2019.
After I do not know if it is link but the restart is laborious, I often have this following error "Error -110 whilst initializing SD card".
Now I can only change the time and date like this: "# / usr / sbin / ntpdate ?bs 0.fr.pool.ntp.org"
After the bug command in part but the time and date are still changed.
You could help me ?
